BÈTA Technology & Business Accelerator
BÈTA Technology & Business Accelerator Eindhoven is a collective business building at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven opening in mid 2007. It is intended for young technology companies with 5 to 25 personnel that are geared mainly to the development of new products and services.
BÈTA has an area of 6000 m2, comprised of offices, studios and laboratories. Offices can be rented from 25 m2 and laboratories from 50 m2. There is an extensive package of standard amenities, including central amenities like data and telephony network, internet and conference rooms, electrotechnical and physics laboratories equipped with demi-water, vacuum, compressed air and comprehensive ICT facilities.
Situation
The building is located between two key traffic arteries and opposite a large car park. Access with public transport is good. The high-tech cleanrooms and research facilities of Philips are within walking distance and can be rented on a flexible basis by BÈTA tenants. Also at walking distance is ‘The Strip’ where there are various restaurant facilities, a conference centre and a small shopping area.
