Better service to foreign business people through ‘Holland Gateway’
Datum: 31/12/2007
Immediately upon arrival in the Netherlands foreign business people and investors will be able to make use of Holland Gateway from the spring of 2008. This new centre at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport will accommodate the needs of foreign business people requiring advice on doing business in the Netherlands, permits (including those for knowledge workers) and, for instance, fiscal matters.
Holland Gateway will be located in the entrance hall of the WTC Schiphol, which makes it easily accessible from arrivals and departures as well as from the railway station. This unique international business centre is a world first , one that enables any foreign business person or investor to get advice from the Dutch authorities and for matters like work permits.
The Dutch government wants this improved service to strengthen the image of the Netherlands and ensure that foreign business people opt for the Netherlands as their Gateway to Europe.
